9. UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT

For claims related to transit damage, shortages, missing items, wrong product, or visible defects, customers may be required to provide a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the unopened package until the product is fully inspected.

Failure to provide adequate evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

10. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & REFUNDS

Products may be eligible for return, replacement, repair, refund, store credit, or other remedies only after review and approval by ShopFelicity.in.

No return, replacement, or refund shall be automatically granted.

Claims shall be evaluated based on:

Products that have been:

  • Repaired by third parties

11. CUSTOM-MADE, BULK & SPECIAL ORDERS

Custom-made, made-to-order, bulk quantity, wholesale, agricultural, livestock, industrial, export-surplus, or specially sourced products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production, procurement, or dispatch has commenced.

Any exception shall be solely at the discretion of ShopFelicity.in.
